Harbour Tour Welcome Reception
Compliments of Platinum Sponsor Peute Recycling

This year we offer a very special way to kick-off the conference: a tour of Rotterdam’s famous harbour. All registered delegates for the conference are invited to this special tour the evening of Tuesday, 1 November. Among the busy traffic of seagoing and inland ships, this trip will be a special journey through one of the world’s largest harbours. You can see Rotterdam's impressive skyline with its imposing buildings glide by and then get a unique view of the harbour’s shipyards, docks and the hypermodern transshipping of thousands of containers. Last but not least, the tour will end with a view of the steamship Rotterdam, the former cruise flagship of shipping company Holland America Line—an exciting way to kick-off the conference.

Coach transportation will take guests from the Hilton Rotterdam directly to the dock. Appetizers and drinks will be served on board, and afterward you can enjoy dinner on your own in this beautiful city.

All conference delegates are welcome to attend this free event, but we ask that you kindly RSVP when registering for the conference.
